Role

As an Agent Product Manager at Amigo, you'll lead the design and optimization of AI agents that operate reliably in high-stakes domains. Working within our Field Operations team, you'll bridge the gap between enterprise domain experts and our agent engineering capabilities, transforming complex business requirements into effective agent implementations. You'll guide the DEFINE stage of our implementation methodology, collaborating with customers to map problem spaces, establish success metrics, and define service boundaries. This role combines strategic thinking with analytical rigor to ensure our agents deliver measurable value while maintaining the highest standards for safety and resource efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise domain experts to map problem spaces and define service scope for agent implementation
• Design comprehensive redlining boundaries that establish clear safety protocols for high-stakes operations
• Define success metrics that quantify performance against business objectives
• Analyze results from large-scale simulation runs to identify patterns of success and failure
• Evaluate the effectiveness of simulation frameworks, judge agents, and testing methodologies
• Trace and audit agent reasoning processes to understand performance variations and edge cases
• Prioritize agent optimization efforts to focus on high-value areas within resource constraints
• Establish consensus with stakeholders on implementation roadmaps and performance targets
• Ensure agent implementations meet compliance, safety, and resource efficiency requirements
• Lead performance analysis for agents in production, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
