Role

As a Staff Software Engineer (Platform) at Amigo, you'll own the technical strategy, architecture, and roadmap for our core AI platform. You'll build cognitive agent systems, context graphs, measurement frameworks, and reinforcement learning infrastructure—systems powering real-world, mission-critical AI deployments at enterprise scale. Expect to split your time between strategic architecture oversight and hands-on coding.

Responsibilities

• Define technical vision and architecture for cognitive agents and context graphs.
• Build scalable frameworks for performance analytics, scoring, and enterprise-grade metrics.
• Develop reinforcement learning infrastructure to continuously optimize AI agent performance.
• Collaborate closely with product, backend engineering, and solutions teams to deliver reliable and effective platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and delivering complex, enterprise-level software platforms.
• Proven leadership experience in cross-functional engineering teams.
• Deep technical expertise in data infrastructure and scalable system design.
• Strong proficiency in Python (or similar), data-intensive applications, and scalable architectures.
• Excellent collaboration, strategic thinking, and clear communication skills.
