Role
As a Staff Solutions Architect (Enterprise Success) at Amigo, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to architect and deploy custom AI solutions built on Amigo’s cognitive agent and context graph platform. You'll translate complex business requirements into actionable technical strategies and guide successful implementation within customer environments. This role balances hands-on technical execution (including coding and integrations) with strategic solution architecture.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with enterprise clients to define clear business and technical requirements.
- Architect and lead end-to-end deployment of customized, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Ensure solutions align effectively with Amigo’s platform capabilities, client infrastructure, and enterprise best practices.
- Develop scripts, perform API integrations, and configure live conversational systems.
- Mentor, develop, and manage a high-performing team of solution architects.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles, ideally involving conversational AI platforms, enterprise-grade software, or data-driven systems.
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), REST APIs, enterprise integration standards, and data-powered system architectures.
- Practical experience deploying live conversational or interactive AI systems at enterprise scale.
- Strong record of successful technology solution delivery and customer collaboration.
- Excellent communication, strategic problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
