Role
As a Staff Solutions Architect (Enterprise Success) at Amigo, you'll lead our field operations team working directly with enterprise customers to architect, deploy, and optimize high-trust AI agents built on our platform. You'll translate complex business requirements into technical strategies and guide implementations through our proven methodology: from defining the problem space and building initial agents to optimizing with targeted adversarial testing and continuous reinforcement. As we scale from our initial team to a full Field Operations organization, you'll play a crucial role in establishing our implementation approach and technical standards.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with enterprise healthcare clients to define clear business requirements and success metrics for AI agent deployments
- Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging our context graph architecture, functional memory systems, and continuous alignment methodologies
- Guide customers through our implementation methodology: DEFINE → BUILD → DEPLOY → ANALYZE → OPTIMIZE → REINFORCE
- Design and implement context graphs that enable AI agents to navigate complex healthcare domains with precision and reliability
- Develop scripts, perform API integrations, and configure agent systems within customer environments
- Build measurement frameworks that establish trust through continuous performance validation
- Mentor, develop, and manage a growing team of solution architects, agent engineers, and integration specialists
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in solution architecture, technical consulting, or customer-facing technical roles, ideally involving conversational AI platforms, healthcare technology, or enterprise software
- Familiarity with scripting (Python, JavaScript, or similar), REST APIs, enterprise integration standards, and data-powered system architectures
- Practical experience deploying conversational or interactive AI systems at enterprise scale
- Strong record of successful technology solution delivery and customer collaboration
